It may have been flurrying outside, but it's always summer at the Wharton Surf and Beach Club. After Thanksgiving, a month after we were made an official club by the Wharton Graduate Association, the club held court in the MBA Cafe to spread the word about who we are and what we plan to do. And great things are being planned, rest assured.The table was staffed by surf-ready John Picasso, Ben Nightingale, and myself, Ravi Raghavan. With surf videos showing and leis being handed out to visitors, we signed up over twenty people that day. Not bad, considering that most 1st years were pre-occupied with upcoming Q2 finals and employee-information sessions.
